Welcome to Al Asas. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Al Asas event registration website and attendance at the event.

1. Event Registration

By registering for the Al Asas Knowledge Gala, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. The organizers reserve the right to reject any registration that contains false information.

2. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, speakers, and staff. Harassment or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund.

3. Entry and Security

You must present a valid ticket (QR Code) for entry. The organizers reserve the right to conduct security searches for the safety of all attendees.

4. Intellectual Property

All content presented at the event, including speeches, materials, and branding, is the intellectual property of Ma'din Suffa or the respective speakers. Unauthorized recording or distribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ma'din Suffa and the event organizers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during the event, except where required by law.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
