Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds

All ticket sales are final. Once a registration is completed and payment is processed, we do not offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances, except in the specific case of event cancellation by the organizers.

2. Non-Transferable

Tickets are issued to the specific individual registered and are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the event organizing committee in writing prior to the event date.

3. Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that "Al Asas" is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the registration fee will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Double Payment

If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same ticket, please contact our support team immediately with both transaction details. We will verify and initiate a refund for the duplicate transaction within 5-7 working days.
